The Vauxhall Zafira Tourer diesel engine range includes three versions of Vauxhall Euro 5 compliant 2.0CDTi common rail unit, even in the Insignia and Astra found. Power outputs start with a choice of either 110PS or 130PS, while the most powerful engine has been upgraded to produce 165 hp.

The petrol range comprises a smaller 1.4 Turbo unit produces 140PS and a naturally aspirated 1.8-liter 140hp. Availability of start / stop on some gasoline and diesel engines will be announced later this year.

Six-speed transmission is all 1.4T and 2.0 CDTI engines equipped with the option of a six-speed automatic on certain models. A five-speed manual ‘box is equipped with the 1.8-liter gasoline engine.The Opel Zafira Tourer will make its world premiere at the 64th International Motor Show in Frankfurt am Main, September 15 – 25, 2011.
